Privacy

Your route work is local by default. We do not receive your GPX files, coordinates, intent notes, or saved workspaces.

What stays on your device

The current draft, selected theme, optional saved workspaces, and—if you restore an existing Field kit—your license token and last verification result are stored in your browser’s local storage. Imported GPX files are parsed in your browser. Validation also runs entirely in your browser. Clear this site’s storage to remove those records.

When a network request happens

The static app files are served by Sociobot’s hosting infrastructure, which may process ordinary security logs such as IP address, request path, browser information, and time. We do not include advertising, analytics trackers, third-party fonts, or map-tile requests.

If you restore or reverify an existing Field kit license, your browser contacts api.sociobot.in. This site stores only the returned license token and cached validity result. New purchases are not currently offered.

Sharing and retention

Nothing is uploaded by this planner. A GPX file contains coordinates and any notes you added; anyone you share it with can read them. Local browser data remains until you clear it. Hosting security logs are retained only as needed for reliability and abuse prevention.

Your choices

You can use all core planning, export, and validation features without a purchase or account. You can remove a license inside the Field kit section and clear all route data through your browser’s site-data settings.
